Personal Data I collect via my website payneharrison.com (the “website”)

I only collect Personal Data where you choose to interact with me on the website in the following ways when you sign up to receive free content, including eBooks, news and offers:

The technical mechanism that automatically collects certain information when you visit my website – such as the type of browser and operating system you are using, and the domain name/address of your Internet service provider. I would stress that I do not link this information with any Personal Data from third party vendors, and after your domain name/address transfers to my database it is immediately purged and destroyed.

I would also stress I do not use “cookies,” nor do I sell your data to any third parties.

I will only use your Personal Data as allowed by law.  Most commonly, I use your Personal Data to:

  • Process and manage your use of my website;
  • Respond to your questions, comments and requests;
  • Where you have opted-in to receive marketing notices from me, or deliver news, offers, free content and communications that are relevant to your preferences or that may be of interest to you;

I share Personal Data as necessary with third parties who provide services or functions on my behalf and who require the information to provide those specific services to me. These third parties may include social media advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google Adwords for the purpose of custom audience generation, and the development of targeting criteria for other audiences.
